Personal Training Session
Following sign up we will discuss your goals and run through a lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Training plan and session.
I am NOT one of those Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Instead, the session I create will be specific to you to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body composition goals.
Please note that a block of sessions is recommended - whether that's 1 session per week or 2-3 sessions this will help me coach you to your longer term goals.
