Runners Strength & Conditioning
You love to run so why should you add in strength and conditioning? Strength training is an essential supplement to a runners roadwork because it strengthens muscles and joints, which will enhance your running experience and decrease injury risk. If you want to perform at your full potential, you need to take a comprehensive approach to running.
I'm a fully qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer with 25 years experience teaching. I am also an England Athletics Running Coach. Each week during these online sessions we will focus on solid foundations of functional running related movements.
Each class will be slightly different but will always include cardio, strength, conditioning, flexibility. Each class will run from 6.30pm to 7pm.

The classes will be via Zoom right in your living room. I will be able to see you and check your technique which is key. I'll also be motivating you so you get the most out of your workout!
Once you've signed up i will send you pre class info and a link to use for each session. I will keep a log of your block on my register and mark off each session that you attend.
