During your 1 hour appointment I will get to know you and find out about your goal. We will discuss what you have tried before, what you have struggled with and what the barriers to success are for you right now.
I will get a sense of your lifestyle, how busy you are and together we will agree what could work for you in terms of nutrition. After all we are all unique so the same nutrition plan doesn't suit everyone.
Following on from your appointment I will provide a simple plan along with changes we will agree that you can make to start to see results. You will also receive a nutrition plan and recipes too. Included in this plan is a weekly follow up by email for 1 month. There are options to book in more detailed follow ups by phone if you wish. You will also gain access to my nutrition support community group and 25% off supplements.
